Reginald, the mayor of Willowgrove Hills, an artist and a part time teacher sees beauty in life, but tends to drown himself in negativity. As the Mayor, Reginald tends to irk the townsfolk with his over-the-top events and stringent rules. He's fussy and sensitive, trying to silence anyone speaking ill of him. However, he truly does care for the townspeople and Willowgrove Hills. He deeply loves his wife, Amy. However, his habitual negative thinking often leads to relationship woes. Yet, as a committed husband, he goes all out with his apologies to make things right.

 

With a convoluted backstory leading him to artistry and battling extreme anxiety, Reginald leans towards being chaotic neutral, often stirring issues within his friend circle. He has this strange urge to create problems just to swoop in and fix them, playing the hero. His love for attention clashes with his love for his friends, often craving the spotlight.

 

Known as the meddler, Reginald genuinely cares for his family and heads up the Neighborhood Watch Program, though he constantly clashes with Nate. Additionally, his rivalry with Nate, who labels Reginald as a mess, adds to the ongoing chaos in Reginald's life. In love, Reginald is a hopeless romantic, pulling out all the stops to get Amy's attention, often oblivious to her reactions. Along with his Mayor duties he also runs a podcast called “Reggy’s Ramblings” Where he chats about all the gossip in Willowgrove Hills.
